HyreCairn wants every applicant to understand exactly what they are applying for and to feel safe the whole way through. This page lists the standards we keep when we advertise roles and when we talk with applicants.
It is a short summary. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy contain the full details and apply if anything here appears to conflict with them.
Every role we advertise is a role an employer actually has available. We do not promise earnings, and we do not make up statistics, ratings or placement numbers. If an advert and the website ever disagree, we correct the one that is wrong.
HyreCairn does not take money from applicants. We do not ask for deposits, starter packs, course payments, credits or account top-ups, and we will not ask for your passwords, verification codes or banking logins.
Before you begin any work, ask the employer to confirm in writing who they are, what the work involves, how much it pays and when payment is made. We can describe the general picture on WhatsApp, but the employer's written terms are what you should rely on.
Our roles are open to adults who live anywhere in Australia. We do not exclude anyone because of their race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or any similar attribute.
If you need information in a different format or would like extra help while you complete the course, tell our team and we will do our best to assist.
Every role starts with a short online course, and HR is available on WhatsApp while you work through it. Nobody is asked to begin work before they feel ready.
Employers we work with are expected to describe their roles honestly, pay people what was agreed and treat applicants respectfully. We investigate any complaint about an employer and stop making introductions where a concern is confirmed.
Real messages from HyreCairn come from the WhatsApp number shown on this website or from an email address ending in @hyrecairn.com. We will never ask you to switch to an unknown app, send you a payment link or ask you to share your screen. If someone does, do not reply, and let us know.
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
If an advert, message or role does not look right, email careers@hyrecairn.com with as many details as you can. A real person on our team reads every report and will let you know the outcome.
The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are intended to give a fair, general picture of working from home. The photos show people working and are not pictures of particular employers or applicants. When a role changes, we update the site quickly.
We review this page whenever our process changes and at least once each year. Any update is shown here with a new date.
